Across 150,000 sq. ft. in Limerick and Thurles, 220 professionals deliver massive industrial and intricate architectural packages.
Limerick offers automated precision via Trumpf TruLaser technology and Tube Laser Cut Profile Parts, while Thurles provides heavy structural and OSM capacity with 10-tonne gantry cranes.
Our in-house machine shop and two state-of-the-art press brakes give us full control over complex forming and machined components – keeping quality and lead times firmly in our hands.
We maintain strictly segregated zones for stainless and carbon steel to ensure high-purity integrity
OMC provides an audit trail of technical certainty through a rigorous quality system. We are ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 certified, with EN 1090-2 EXC3 accreditation for high-consequence environments.
Our TEC Numbering System ensures unbroken component traceability, culminating in digital handover packs containing NDT reports and material certifications for seamless compliance.
