The Thurles Modular Hub features dual 10-tonne cranes for large-scale frames, while our Limerick Precision Centre utilizes laser technology for automated cutting.
Supported by our own 40-vehicle fleet, we ensure reliable, damage-free delivery across Ireland, the UK, and Europe.
OMC is one of the few Irish providers certified to EN 1090-2 EXC3, enabling the manufacture of mission-critical load-bearing structures.
We offer in-house pressure testing up to 43 psi and provide full traceability via digital “Data Books,” including WPS/PQR and CE Marking, ensuring rigorous compliance for high-consequence environments.
Modular Integrated Racks
We specialise in fabricating fully populated mechanical racks, delivering integrated units ready for immediate connection. We coordinate structural fabrication with pipework, cabling, and insulation, including high-density data center racking.
Our fully outfitted, “plug-and-play” modules ensure rapid site integration. For Novo Nordisk, we delivered 106 large-scale, polished 304L stainless steel pipe racks as ready-to-install modular units.
