Context
As Fuji expanded its production facilities across Ireland, Denmark and the UK, lead contractor Jones Engineering required a surface treatment partner with the scale and proven expertise to deliver high-volume passivation to the highest hygienic standards.
OMC Approach
OMC was engaged from early design stages, working closely with project stakeholders to develop and define treatment circuits and processes. Once approved, OMC mobilised a 25-person specialist team on-site, providing all equipment and operating as a fully self-sufficient unit. The team managed delivery over an 18-month period, working continuously to meet demanding timelines.
