Context
OMC partnered with MSL Engineering on the Novo Nordisk API manufacturing facility in Kalundborg, Denmark. The project required large-scale specialist pipe rack systems to support critical pharmaceutical process infrastructure, delivered to exceptionally high quality and compliance standards.
OMC Approach
Working closely with MSL and project stakeholders, OMC manufactured specialised structural pipe rack systems to advanced EN1090-3 standards, ensuring full traceability and rigorous quality control throughout. OMC mobilised a dedicated fabrication and management team to deliver complex steelwork, welding and passivation services across multiple project phases, while maintaining strict health and safety standards at every stage.
Successful Outcome
OMC successfully delivered high-specification pipe rack systems that met Novo Nordisk’s demanding technical and regulatory requirements. The project reinforced OMC’s reputation as a trusted engineering partner for complex pharmaceutical and life sciences projects.
